1.When “DS” or “DX-Tilt” errors happen,
you need to do- Feed Gap Adjustment
2. Turn the feeding wheels to the smooth part upward,
Find 1pc banknote and insert the Feed Gap.
3. If 1pc banknote can’t insert the Feed Gap,
turn the knob clockwise (loosen the feed gap).
Adjust one dot, then retest the machine.
Repeat if necessary.
4. If 2pcs banknotes insert the Feed Gap easily,
turn the knob counterclockwise (tighten the feed gap).
Adjust one dot, then retest the machine.
Repeat if necessary.
5. What is a properly Feed Gap ?
When 2pcs banknote can’t insert,
but 1pc can insert, and you can feel the force of wheel when you pull it out.
