The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has put into circulation a redesigned 100-manat

The updated 100-manat banknote incorporates the latest security features, including a color-shifting hologram with a three-dimensional micro-mirror effect, the innovative Spark Flow Prime element, a watermark displaying the State Emblem of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the denomination, tactile recognition marks for visually impaired persons, security thread and advanced intaglio printing.

The redesigned 100-manat banknote bears the signature of Central Bank Chairman Taleh Kazimov. The overall artistic theme “Economy and Development” remains unchanged.

The redesigned 100-manat notes will circulate alongside all existing banknotes of the same denomination without any time limit for parallel circulation.
